303 Training Center is proud to present Westminster's first ever homegrown female Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, Ling Sattler and Rachael Beddes! This momentous occasion marks a new milestone for the 303 Training Center, which has been open since 2010 and was the home to Rose Namajunas while she won Colorado's very first ever UFC World title in Madison Square Garden on November 4th, 2017.

Sattler and Beddes have combined over 21 years of training between them, having started out with zero grappling experience. They are a testament to what two local women can achieve when they put their minds to it. To celebrate this historic event, 303 Training Center will be hosting a FREE Women’s Self Defense Seminar on March 18th at 10:00am at the 303 Training Center.

This seminar will provide an introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques that can be used for self-defense purposes. It will also give participants tips on how to stay safe and recognize potential threats before they happen. The seminar is open to all ages and skill levels, so everyone is welcome! Afterward, 303 Training Center will host the belt ceremony where Sattler and Beddes will receive their well-deserved black belts. 

The belt ceremony will be an inspiring event that celebrates hard work, dedication, and perseverance. These two women have worked tirelessly for years in order to reach this milestone and now they have something tangible that represents their accomplishments. It is sure to be an emotional moment for them as well as those who have supported them along their journey—friends, family members, coaches, training partners—everyone who has helped them get here today should feel proud of their achievement.
